Can I ask for discretion upon delivery?

After you receive your text that the driver is on the way, you will also receive a second text notifying you when they are 2-3 minutes out. Will tax be added in the cart?

Can I return a defective product?
- We accept returns for defective hardware devices within 14 days of purchase.
Can somebody else get my delivery for me?
- YES! They need to be 21+ with a valid ID to be able to receive it for you. Note: If the delivery is pre-paid, you will need to receive the order yourself.
